Microsoft has announced the installation of battery technology, which allows you to not pay attention to polarity. The patented technology of the contacts is called InstaLoad and is now available to original equipment manufacturers.
Microsoft Solution contains no electronic components, only mechanical. And, thus, does not consume battery power and requires no additional investments in the manufacturing of electronic circuits. Today, Microsoft announced support for standards CR123, AA, AAA, C or D – as batteries and accumulators. But support for other standards can also be achieved without large investments.
Connector for battery technology InstaLoad contains on each side of both positive and negative contacts.
Connecting shown below. Light gray contact – yes, black – negative. If any battery installation tension comes to the device in the correct polarity.
Companies such as Duracell and AE Light already confirmed their participation in the production InstaLoad.
